I don't think the exposure on the government website would push the price up.
We know LCK have some announcements due in this quarter.
Conventional wisdom would expect that means late DEC early JAN (coz these things are always late) - but, We are 3 weeks into Q4 so its just possible somebody has got a whiff that somethings coming out damn soon.
Leaks don't just come from within the company.
And it might not be a leak, there's this clairvoyant I know....
