I think so, looks like they have already spent half of their allocated funds for the buy back $230K of $500K, only chance of getting your money back on this thing is buy a bucketload @ 10c (give it 2 weeks) and sell on a mild spike sometime in the second half of this year, extremely disappointing SME this, i'll stand corrected but this stock is as healthy as Ozzie Osbourne..
