The following is from an RSG announcement made to the ASX on 4 April 2002.
Note the first paragraph :
The directors of Resolute Mining Limited ("Resolute") are pleased to announce that they will propose to shareholders a return of capital of 10 cents per share or $15.3 million. Subject to the capital return
being approved by shareholders, it is also proposed that there be a bonus option issue of 1 option forevery 3 Resolute shares held on the record date.
