Jordan must be rubbing his hands together in glee now. One missing full stop and the approval will be thrown out.
You know that erosion control mistake that managed to get overlooked by the EPA...well there be grounds right there for rescinding the approvals.
Are but the optimists among us will no doubt say Judges don't let personal bias cloud there judgements....yeah right!
