Are management in some way negligent by not reporting the share manipulation that STT has finally admitted to?
I have be going on for years that the share price has been constantly manipulated down, even when the share price was over 40 cents, surely management would know who was doing this just by keeping track of their share register.
I admire them for keeping things close to their chest, but in this case STT should have been exposed years ago to make investors aware of the situation.
Are management in some way negligent by not reporting the share...
