TPchris.......are you stupid or something.......why do you have to bring up a thread title like this. Are you trying to downramp to buy stock.......i am very dissapointed in you. If vms is stopped it will be only because of a technicality that will be corrected.....the judges can not make a decision against a approval....just the process.....as seen in the shree case....So all of you stop your whining and wait for the decision....its just a time wasting exercise and watch Scott jordan claim victory when an injunction is given......but he never says it has any long term chance of success..its just to cause grief to try and raise exposure for his greenies......this is not logging.....its sustainable mining
