Could not be a more open and honest evaluation of CR's and how Marc managed to balance the interests of all involved.
In all honesty, I don't think I have been involved in a CR for a spec ASX company and EVER felt that the actual retail investors were considered at all.
Always pumps, with low ball give aways to 'sophisticated' investors, free attaching options and high brokerage fees.
And Marc is not only saying I've got your best interest at heart, he is also saying we have yet another type of vertical coming our way.
Just sitting back and watching this one blossom. Gotta be the lowest risk spec investment around.
