Not sure anyone has been saying phase 3 will be fast tracked, although I believe FDA can fast track for certain life changing drugs. I cant prove that bit so disregard or DYOR.

The speed of this is in the potential for a deal. Phase 3 is not required for a deal. Anyone saying this must take time is getting the 2 issues confused. Phase 3 could take a year or more, a platform deal or similar could be within weeks. DYOR on large Phama deals in recent history and it will tell you that this is the time the big boys swoop.

Obviously I must be a ramper as I am on the positive side of this discussion, there fore you must be down ramping by diverting the conversation and misquoting.
