He's not stiring, just posting the reality of the situation. Although he doesn't have to, he always puts a notice advising rampers, that'd be both kinds not to bother reading if they don't want to. Aside from that, no one is forcing anyone to read anyone's else's posts, and there is an ignore function for people to use.
