Would a real estate agent disclose the offer amount and the identity of the potential buyer? Would 18 years of research be available on the open with no reward for the shareholders? Surely, intellectual property and stakeholders in the absence of a truly 100 percent concrete deal needs a teeny bit of discretion. BIT is allowed to hold the cards close to the chest and to keep confidential information at their discretion. Apple has done it. Many many times. Why is this different.

We as speculative stock investors are required to trust our own ability to research. This is why the dollar value is low...this is why we research...this is why we take a chance on a calculated risk. When the value is approximately $28.70 per share, then the cat is out of the bag. Until then you have got to trust your research and convictions. Or your analytical skills if so inclined.
