BIT has stated are to meet with pharma and hold discussions about future for BIT225. Would not expect a blackout period until at a point where discussions serious with a party and leading to a deal. Until then expect directors are freely able to trade shares given announcement of general direction headed. Robert Thomas is certainly taking money from the market through exercise of options and selling similar no. of shares. Expect part of that is his background as a broker.
