Evening all,
Bought two parcels today at 11.5c based on the following technical occurrences.
*Bottom of Donchian Channel hit on the daily chart (yellow line) - looking for possible bounce to at least midpoint of channel (broken yellow line), filling the gap at 22c in the process.
*EMA 50dma support finally reached after 3-4 weeks of post hype sell-down (light blue line).
*Back to previous support zone (refer horizontal line running through white ellipse sectioned candles to the left).
Most daily and intraday indicators are at or near zero.
Despite the late selloff today, SP managed to hold yesterday's low (inside day).
And finally... it's a Thursday afternoon
Fundamentally I like BIT's more reasonable M/Cap at this stage of the game i.e. post the first major announcement hype (now back at ~$6om as opposed to $240m a few weeks ago), it's excellent cash position with the OA's now fully underwritten (no need for a CR anytime soon) and imminent news flow between now and the early new year.
But best of all, the thought of successful commercial negotiations with circa 100 billion dollar pharmas like GSK or Gilead 'in the coming weeks' (are they happening now?) who btw could both easily afford to develop and incorporate BIT's breakthrough technology into their HIV programs via a JV, or better still, a billion dollar scale TO.
The mandate for both of these large pharmas would be (without doubt) to maintain and grow their respective dominance in the HIV space (combined they have a commanding 78% market share) so for us BIT retail shareholders, that could translate into many multiples of the current SP in the not too distant future.
At 11.5c, the risk from here is worth the potential reward IMHO.
