    Pennant enhanced! Apex meets the current  price  level. Breakout is  ready  anytime now. Reaffirmed by Tweezer  Bottom!  In addition, Conversion (Tenkan) > Base(Kijun), bullish reversal (although weak). IMO. Maybe OA  execution is a  catalyst?
