VUL are significantly further down the road than we are here though. Perhaps PRL is 12 months behind?
Still, the upside is very positive. I think this may bounce around bit until the engineering and geological constraints are better resolved.
The hype is great but the engineering due diligence must be done...
Then, at some point if the indicators are all good, it might just take off again,
