Pretty much everything that has been done in the past 12 months...

Pretty much everything that has been done in the past 12 months has been poorly planned, communicated and/or delayed.

Prior to that, partnerships were routinely and actively signed, tournaments were run smoothly and comms were clear and consistent.

There has been a noticeable drop in execution and what appears to be day to day operations. A lot of staff have been onboarded but it looks like they are all behind the scenes.

This isn’t meant to be negative, just a realistic counter to the bizarre and cloying faux positivity. Hopefully this drop off in service is due to a focus on SaaS.
