I think you should really check page 4 of the 'price sensitive announcement' on 18/05/2021. Like a number of announcements from ESH it clearly states that it does not consider the value of the contract to be material. if past form is to go by, they won't even cover the platform set up costs with any revenue generated. The presentation and detail of the terms and conditions of this deal is more like a back yard operator rather than an ASX listed company
