They don't care. Mike worked for EA, a company famous for winning the award of worst company in America multiple times i believe. they certainly won it at least once and were nominated multiple times.
To be in management in EA you need to have a mindset of screwing over the consumer. Mike even referenced in a webinar how EA had mastered the art of selling the same crappy game to consumers year after year. Didn't once point out how scummy that is. Any real gamer knows EA has stifled the gaming industry
