My guess / imagination has told me that they will release the APP when the whole framework is together. The social aspect, streaming, the whole Mogul framework.
i think they want the whole package to be ready to sell, rather than only having partial components ready, which isn't attractive for sale.
With the increase in management, strategy and sales jobs they are advertising, I think this package is almost complete.
Not pumping, just my guess.
