the drop in SP all comes down to lack of communication from management.. Investors want more updates than a quarterly webinar, otherwise they feel nothing is going on in the background and lose trust.. Gernot and Michael listen to your investors and do something to show why we are paying you $500k a year. Especially Gernot, WTF do you even do to warrant being paid that much?.
