The feasability study has not been completed or submitted or if it has shareholders and the market have not been advised.
My understanding one of the the condititions of the grant for the hydrogen hub development project - the major grant area - is for a completed feasability study to be included in the grant submission/application.

Happy to be proved wrong, don't want to see disappointed people here whinging and moaning "we were robbed again". Have no doubt they will get something probably around $3-5 million.

This is not downramping...I'm a realist!
