Don't forget the biggest one of all. Once all offtakes are done and dusted then financing is all but a given imho. Then we mine and start making the serious money, including the reduced new mine status royalty of 2%. With the events taking place in parts of the African continent, RNU will be a standout for years to come imho. That is unless a serious takeover offer comes to pass.
