Still gobsmacked that BFG's shareprice hasn't crashed and burned....it will though. Equity volumes have dried up, strangling retail brokers...
Seems that when valuing a broker like BFG, you wouldn't pay any more than 7.5x earnings. In fact, that's what Bell Potter's own analysts used when valuing Macquarie's Securities business and that is a much higher quality, bigger business.
Using 7.5x gives you a BFG shareprice of 10c. LOL.
This stock is about to go into freefall. Game over.
