I have read previous posters state that this Co. could be trading at 10c by Christmas and thought "yeah I'd like to see that" but before I get ridiculed for supporting the notion, I have calculated the numbers for your comment.
1. To achieve that 10c figure, the co. would have to be capitalised at approximately $58.5 million dollars.
2. The average PE Ratio within that sector is 23, which would mean the Co. would only have to earn some $2.54 million Net Profit.
3. Breaking down that Profit of $2.54 mil into EPS, would require an EPS of only $0.0044.
As it is reporting season, it may be an idea just to keep an eye on their Co reports and it may, or may not, prove fruitful.
I do hold this stock and I would not rule out the other possibility of it being taken over.
I do not make any recommendation as my comments are purely speculative, but isn't that the nature of the game.
