Sp was around 10 cents when speculation arose that Nmdc was going to make a play for Legacy.

So, when Nmdc got their shares for 8 cents, in reality they only got a 2 cent discount.

But yes, hype got the better of all of us, PP included, and we all expected/speculated on a much higher offer.
Share price consequently went down, understandably.

But PP and others subsequently started posting absolute crap about the fundamentals. This is what I have a problem with.

Sharon has pulled off an amazing deal. Only the blind ones will disagree. Details of deal will become available at the appropriate time.

As long as people want to buy shares cheaply, downramping will always exist. Fact of life.
