Thanks DGH44... I'm sure the more astute shareholders are wise enough not to be influenced by PP's crystal ball predictions and illogical economic reasoning (rambling). Annoying more than anything really... but until this very vocal former shareholder finds another stock and/or pastime to divert his attention to, we will just have to treat his comments as a form of comic relief! In fact, I must admit that I did have quite a few laughs myself when I came across his highly amusing (but sadly incorrect) interpretation of project finance being a 50/50% scenario for this 50% take up of company equity and actually arguing that an arranged project finance for 100% is simply too good to be true for Legacy.

Well, does that mean then, that should this deal really include any project finance being 100% arranged by NMDC, being the largest shareholder or simply by Legacy, with NMDC as the largest shareholder, and not as how PP so ignorantly put it (NMDC only arranging its own 50% and Legacy to arrange its remaining 50%), all his unsupported criticism of the offer would no longer be valid ??!! If "too good to be true" turns out indeed to be true, would he not himself have confirmed this to be a great deal, based on his own skepticism gone wrong??!! (Tip: Always research thoroughly, or await further clarity, prior to voicing any strong opinion in public forums)

I think that given time, the market will start to recognize what a remarkable event this could become and that Legacy with NMDC onboard will be quite easily transformed into one of the major players in Australia and beyond, having the ability to tick all the boxes required, but most importantly, having bought together an abundance of the two key ingredients required for success... ie. Resources + Funding... Not to mention 2 very forward thinking organizations with remarkable vision!
