what you point out about the future for CTO makes it look great, and the story always looked good on paper with its huge resources and high grades, but no matter how good a resource may be it will come to no good if it is mismanaged - most of the commentary on this thread is pointing out the mismanagement of the project and you are counteracting that criticism by pointing out the potential of the project on the basis that it will be properly managed
what is there to show that this resource will be properly managed in the future?
I will buy back in when I see signs that CTO is being properly managed and none of your positives will sway me to become a buyer
