past production ramp delays, does that just translate into the forwad schedule? ie are they still good to ramp to 300kozpa over the next 4-5 years?

2008-9, 75 koz
2009-10, 140 koz
2010-11, 245 koz,
2011012, 309 koz.

have been going over annual report, are the delays, par for the course? and is this the turning point?

I note 13m revenue, good margins, and basically breaking even over all the costs, so, is this the low.??
