"I think in the past the company has been critised by retail holders for offering large parcels to "sophisticated investors" and then only making up to $5k available to retail holders. This time around retail holders are getting a very good offer ( number of shares)"

1. The reasons retail shareholders are getting a "very good offer (number of shares)" are:

a.) In the past a SPP was only permitted for $5,000 NOT $15,000. But CTO is now able to make a $15,000 SPP instead of just $5,000.

b.) Despite a gold bull market the CTO share price is at multi year lows.
