    I reckon that the previous "sophisticated" investors have become a little more "sophisticated" and ML knows that they are unlikely to be sucked in again after ending up way behind after previous placements.
    So guess what? It is back to the good old common shareholder as I bet there are still a few suckers left there , especially among the newcomers.
    They are normally a pain in the bum to Mark but hell, a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.
