    12 cents is SPP. Cannot see too many shareholders buying at that price. They will need to show how they will remain solvent if the SPP is a dud. They may have some gold squirelled away. I dont know if a financial backer has covered the SPP. Everything depends on them mining 10,000 ounces next quarter to stay afloat. A mine cave in or flooding could kill that.
