    You know what would build confidence in CTO and its "management"? If they stumped up their own cash and bought some fair chunks (on market) - taking up your full 15k allotment in the SPP is not good enough i am afraid. Management is responsible in part for the current terminal decline (do i need to elaborate) - if the company has such good prospects then they should show their belief in these prospects by vacuuming up some of the weak hands selling.
