The broker report had them at around $0.50 cents a year ago, mainly because Moberly offered around a LOM cashflow of around 150M with an IRR of 33%.
The cash is iceing on the cake and just makes residual project financing a hell of a lot easier IMHO.
Been following this puppy for years waiting for it to bark.
