I would like to know specifically who has determined the valuation of the unlisted investments for the purpose of calculating management and performance fees payable to the investment manager, John Bridgeman Limited. Can the shareholders be assured that these valuations were determined independently of anybody who would stand to benefit from fees paid to the investment manager?
