Yeah I am on the fence.
On one hand traditionally only the print/radio/TV media were held to account for levelling accusations of fraud etc at companies.
But now with the internet, everyone is a journalist and everyone has a soapbox.
So whilst I think free speech is critical and integral, the free speakers of the internet can get away with too much compared to their traditional media counterparts. Probably only fair that everyone is held to the same standard of journalism/reporting now if it is of a criminal allegation nature.
People can write this kind of stuff IMO as that is not illegal, but I reckon you have to be prepared to argue your allegations in court and if you are right then you should be given a trophy lol
