There is certainly a lot of talk in legal circles according to my lawyer buddy regarding the rise of shorter activists too. I am not saying that is the case here, but it goes to show that the area of self publication of opinions dressed as factual bodies of information with a view to destroy the business value intentionally or unintentionally of shareholders is heating up.
