Mychael, it depends on your investment approach and risk profile.

If you onlyhave $10,000 and don't won't to risk it, then go for companies:
    * board of directors and management team that have a track records of ethical behavior and delivering projects that result in shareholder wealth
    * that have already found something and have further drilling underway or planned
    * limited you selection to only a few - 2 to 4 companies at most
    * do you own research and keep an eye on them every day so that you continue to manage your risk - read the press, read HC and whatever other research you can get your hands on - use google to do research on the directors and management team etc.
    * you need to be able to sleep at night without worrying about your investments (I assume you are an investor and not a trader) - get out of a stock when you start to notice that the directors and/or management team may not be acting in the best interests of all shareholders

    * AGS s an interesting stock .... I have owned but their market cap is very high for only 25%. Could be a takeover target. Has plenty of other area around B4, has gold at Maldon in VIC and they have been acquiring land in NSW near the SA border - I have heard that there could be more U there but will demand what the ALP decide regarding U and whether the NSW State Govt relaxes their ban on U exploration and mining. Could be more surprises.

    * MTN ... has had a great run but appears undervalued when compared to AGS and others. Some concerns whether they will be able to mine because of Hertitage issues ..... may or may not be an issue.

    * CMR ..... I am biased with this one .. read the CMR thread.

    * ERN ...... has potential to go for a good run in the short to medium ter.

    * URA ...... has been an up and down riding for many including me ...... excellent management team and they continue to employ experience U people .... this may have a major come back

    I could go on but I won't.

Good luck wit whatever you decide. Do your own research and continue to manage your risk.
