Depends if MZM is going to capitalize the cash once AUVEX get listed, if so, MZM will get $5 million. Also depends on if the market will pay the share at $0.50. Have to see if that new share is going to be over or under subscribe. BUt from what we now know, the market worth of MZM should be of something because with $5M (AUVEX shares) + 1.6M cash over around 50 million shares, that works out to be around say $0.10 a MZM share minimum? Assuming AUVEX got more than $0.50 after listed, MZM could get more than $5M, all these actually makes MZM better off.... a good buy at the moment.
