Yes. Noble was mentioned. Im lead to believe that "Empire" will hold their shares that they will be paid for brokering the deal.

It really isn't a bad deal. Details are vague. But nothing jumps out and says "danger". Yes, their was no mention of interest rates. But still, it will be better than a dilutionary event.

I've mentioned the PLV situation before. Binding agreement fell through. This is why we see poor market reaction to a basically good and very important step forward. Because it isn't gauranteed yet.

Get that $5.5mil in the bank and KAB becomes seriously de-risked. Do that and you will see sp growth. So right now it's a bet on that.

What do people think of Noble? Can't hurt to get a new board member. Might bring some transparency.
