$10m equity line of credit agreement

The $10 Million Line of Credit Agreement is valid for a period of five years as all would know by reading the announcement.
What people may or may not know is that CXY have already paid Ya Global a fee in order to have this facility to draw upon. I verified this fact with Dr Len Walker today.
Dr Len Walker and Brad Glynne are currently in Malaysia and Singapore this week no doubt talking to potential cornerstone investors to participate in Cougar Energy's power projects as per annoucement on 2 July 2010.
Thank god we only have a couple of weeks until re-ignition.
