    Sorry Andy but the Interest quoted was about 15% over 5 years, which would be 1.5mil interest over 5 years or 25000 euros a month.

    Also they are looking to make an agreement with Lacerta for a profit sharing agreement for Marianas and if you research them they are experts in the region. So that could take risks off the table and this is whether they have 50% or 100% stake.

    Just take the profit off the top!
