In their 2009 Half Yearly Report released 11/3/2009, Citigold writes:
"During the period two leading independent consulting groups were commissioned by Citigold to review the Mineral Resources and the Ore Reserves and Mine Production Plan. The Snowden Group reviewed and supported the JORC consistent Mineral Resource reported by Citigold and Coffey Mining reviewed and supported the Ore Reserves and Mine Production Plan and targets" (2).
I e-mailed the Snowden Group, and they confirmed that they indeed made this assessment. For further information as to Snowden Group's credibility and reputation, I recommend to google them. Same with Coffey Mining.
