The equity swap arrangement has been very profitable for Lanstead as they get a 25% discount to the monthly share price. If Lanstead wanted out, all they need to do is sell their stock on the open market or find buyers just as Gutnick did when he packed up his toys. Anyway, the arrangement is drawing to a close and they have unrealized profits in the millions so I doubt they are going to play games at this stage.
