I actually thought something along these lines also, the DFS is now out results are fantastic these 10m share provide good opurtunity for insto to get on board with one clean on market transaction!

As you have suggested instos need certain criteria before diving in, I think now is the time there is a lot of potential upside in that DFS in first 3 years!
