Paul does not have a 30 cent target. The only low price I have offerred up was 60 cents a couple of months ago when the price was around $1.

I would be surprised if the stock goes below 60 cents but at this point in time it could overshoot 60 cents.

The stock is in a downtrend and where it stops no one really knows.

What is now clear is that this stock wont rise on potential alone as it has in the past.

The company now has to produce Oil and cash flows. Having billions of dollars of oil in the ground counts for little at this time.
