    fantale, with 60m in the bank, i dont have a problem doubling management salaries. $500k isnt that much for a top 200 company ceo. This is a top 200 company still? If it is a penny dreadful then i agree with you. Director fees arent the biggest concern for mad.

    To me the renumermation is modest
