the dumper is probably clearing the deck for the next capital raising.

they keep spending money on the plant - perhaps they should try and run it on a positive cash flow basis for a few months then the share price wouldn't be at 1c.

perhaps they can't get cash flow positive yet because the economies of scale aren't their yet.

until you can work out the expected profit margin in this business then it won't be loved in this market.
