Not sure what the issue is, perhaps insiders selling their shares that they got at a ridiculously low price. Yeh I guess there is a small risk of not getting to Phase 3, but had good feedback on their product so hopefully can get some sales next year to help pay for Phase 3. I have never seen a company trade at this bigger discount to net cash. Any positive news will be welcomed by the market as the share price has a lot of negativity built into the share price.
