10mw plant, page-3

Have been a long-term holder, but got a bit sick of tracking details on a day-to-day basis. When did they decide on the 10MW plant?. I remember thinking last year that a small pilot generation plant would be good for providing investor certainty, but thought they were going straight to 200MW.
When was this first announced as it slipped under my radar? Would like to read their justification.
