Just to keep you updated on the Perth mint status. I was in there today and there was the longest queue I have ever seen previously, probably doesn't sound impressive but there were 6 people waiting to order and all 3 windows open with people at them.
They had everything gold related but as far as silver bullion went they had no stock. If you wanted to place an order you can only buy 10oz and 1 kilo bars, that's all they would allow. Quoted time was 1-2 months but previously when they've stated this I've got the order within a week.
