kkw ................ FARJOY initially bought in for >5% then it was reported that a low ball offer was either indicated to management or made and at that point he upped the anti increasing his SH'ing to >10% he also stated on HC that he did this in consolation with management, to take this up to 19% would be quite a financial outlay however am hopeful that FAR can convince an entity to make a cornerstone investment, this would get rid of the capper (at least temporarily).
